By ordering a pass online, you acknowledge having read and accepted the CONDITIONS OF SALE.
Passes are neither refunded nor exchanged.
Orders are final.
The sites are mostly free up to 18 years old, and up to 26 years old for residents of the European Union.
Do not buy passes for children.
The date of purchase of your pass has no link to validity.
Passes are only activated on the first visit.
To obtain the download link for your pass, you must provide a valid address. Remember to check the spelling carefully when ordering.
A valid email address is required.
Some sites set quotas to ensure good visiting conditions. Purchasing a pass does not guarantee obtaining slots. To avoid disappointment, remember to book in advance. Certain times of the year are extremely popular, notably at the Louvre Museum and the Palace of Versailles.
Failure to obtain a reservation slot for one or more sites does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Only reserving a time slot can guarantee access to the Louvre Museum with the PMP . When the day of your choice is full, you can try to access the museum by waiting at the entrance in the queue, but access can sometimes be very long, or even impossible , during periods of very high attendance.
